Jacob Henry is Co-Founder and chief operating officer of Vibe Youth CIC, a pioneering organisation dedicated to empowering and supporting young people, particularly those from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds. Jacob combines personal lived experiences with professional expertise to create innovative programs that transform lives.

Having grown up navigating systemic challenges and witnessing firsthand the barriers faced by young people, Jacob’s journey has shaped his passion for making a difference. His work focuses on fostering emotional resilience, promoting mental health awareness, and cultivating personal growth. Jacob is a certified coach, youth support woker,skilled practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),  and holds qualifications in counselling concepts, tools he leverages to deliver tailored, impactful interventions.

His commitment to inclusivity and equity is evident in every project the organisation delivers, from empowering children and young people in a number of settings such as schools, alternative provisions, young people experiencing the care system to supporting young people within the criminal justice system.
