"Having established our reputation, we are now committing to growing the service to ensure we can reach even more young people"

Since our formation in 2017, VIBE youth has produced a range of positive results that support the proof of concept of our service. After showcasing the effectiveness of our work, we secured a partnership work with Neath Port Talbot youth service. This partnership lasted a year and helped raise the profile of VIBE Youth as a unique way to engaging with young people. This led to us being asked to cover a number of alternative provision sites.
Funding from the Pen y Cymoedd Wind Farm enabled our work to expand geographically, delivering services through schools in specific rural areas. Through word of mouth recommendation, schools outside the eligible rural wards booked our services, funded via the Rhondda Cynon Taff youth engagement participation service.
Having established our reputation, we are now commited to growing the service to ensure we can reach even more young people, create viable progression routes and employment opportunities for young people.
